April 26th 2025. Celebrating the purchase of land and buildings.
On 26th April 2025 we had a lovely afternoon, spent with members of the CBS and their families, celebrating the purchase of the farm!
We had a wonderful time listening to the Teifi Ukulele Group, and Meilyr Tomos playing keyboard. Lots of chats…….Great food, fantastic company, and a bit of bubbly too!
March 21st 2025 Clynfyw CBS is delighted to announce that it is now the proud owner of Clynfyw Farm. Celebrations were announced for all investors and supporters for 26th April.
February 2025: We have regular Coffee mornings at Clynfyw. Our February Coffee Morning was very successful. We held a Book Swap where we raised £142.00 for Bookstart Cymru (Booktrust). We were very grateful for all those who attended. Our next Coffee morning is Wednesday 2nd April. This is being held on World Autism Awareness Day, and we will be raising money for the National Autistic Society, particularly the Pembrokeshire group. If anyone knows of anyone who can donate a raffle prize to any of our coffee morning raffles, please contact us.
December 2nd 2024. The accounts for the year ending 31st March 2024 have now been distributed. Copies are available for download by clicking on the file names below.

November 26th 2024 The 2024 Annual General Meeting of Clynfyw Community Benefit Society was held on Tuesday 26th November at 11am at Clynfyw Farm, and virtually for those who couldn’t make it in person.
May 31st 2024 Our share offer has now closed. We are delighted to say that we now have sufficient funds to proceed to purchase the farm.
March 2024 More fantastic news – We have been successful in securing a grant from the Welsh Government through the Housing with Care Fund, so we now have enough to purchase the farm.
March 2024 Fantastic news – Clynfyw CBS has been successful in securing funding from the Community Ownership Fund totalling £298,971! £250,000 of that is capital to go towards the Share Offer, bringing our total, so far, up to £367,350. This takes us over the £350,000 minimum limit required to purchase the farm and this can now proceed.
The Share Offer will remain open until 31st May 2024 because the more shares we can sell, the less of a loan we will need going forward.
Spring 2024 Ben Lake visit. We were delighted to have a visit from Ben Lake, now MP for for Ceredigion Preseli, and are publishing a couple of pictures below.
