Clynfyw Community Benefit Society Limited (Clynfyw CBS) was established in 2021, and is led by local people and aims to secure and safeguard the future of Clynfyw Farm and ensure it continues to act as a community hub, developing and supporting local resilience, and is owned in perpetuity by the local community.

Clynfyw Community Benefit Society is the landlord of Clynfyw Care Farm who support disabled and vulnerable adults using meaningful projects as tools for learning.
The cottages currently have 8 (out of a possible 10) tenants with supported living; the other buildings will continue to be leased to Clynfyw Care Farm from Monday to Friday, 9-4; and the field is currently being leased to a local, organic farmer.
